We complete our jobs in the safest way possible, with utmost importance to KLC Supreme Homes standards.

Protective equipment is used for safe work and is required on all of our job sites. We train all our workers to be aware of hazards or risks on our job sites.

How the process works…

  • Step 1: Getting Started

    Clients are able to fill out the Getting Started form, calling, or emailing us.

  • Step 2: Introductions

    Tell us more about your current project.

  • Step 3: Site Visit

    We will schedule a site visit to assess the scope of work. Where you will give us your vision of what you want done. With your vision in mind we may provide suggestions or alterations based on our experience, city code and/or hidden conditions.

  • Step 4: Proposal of Work

    We will write a proposal of the work to be done and our estimate, and email it to you.

    *Please note, proposal/estimate can take up to 2 weeks or more, depending on the size of the project.

  • Step 5: Contract

    Once the contract is approved and signed, we will request your first payment (deposit) and set up scheduled payments. These payments will be based on the scope of work to be performed.

  • Step 6: Start Date & Preparation

    Start date is scheduled.

    We will help you to coordinate the purchase of materials and delivery;

    **Please note, start dates will be be scheduled once all materials have arrived on-site, to mitigate possible delays

  • Step 7: Completion & POL

    After the project is completed, a final walk-through will be conducted with you, the client. If any additional touch-ups are required a Punch-out List (POL) is made and we will schedule a day to come back and see to its completion.
