How it Started…

One weekend, in 2007, Kirenia went to work with her father (Luis), who has more than 23 years of experience in remodeling homes in Baltimore City as a subcontractor. She was able to see a lifeless room filled with boards and dust turn into a beautiful living space. She instantly fell in love with construction and how the entire process. Having been bitten by this magical process the family bought vacant houses, renovated them, and either sold or kept them as rental properties. She and her mother (Carmen) have been helping her father ever since.

The feedback they received on their general finishes was incredible. This led to a whole new beginning. Kirenia decided to start a business to display her families' craftsmanship and professionalism to homeowners and companies alike.

As a family, they enjoy what they do and love to show their work through pictures that tell the story and process. With new technology and products coming out, they train with the equipment, to properly use them, with safety as their top priority.

Who is KLC? In 2019 Kirenia and her family founded KLC Supreme Homes L.L.C. KLC is the first letter of their names (Kirenia, Luis, and Carmen).

Their goal is to create a company that designs and builds dreams. Dreams that are based on attention to detail and maintaining honest and open communication with their clients at all times.
